Bernheim forest located in Clermont, KY where it surrounded by uncountable amount of trees and mountains. The conceptual model helps predict the concept of the lodge that will located in the middle of Bernheim forest property. The main conceptual design is to focus on the positive and negative spaces where it helps create the private and public area of the lodge. The complicity of the design will helps create the shadows that will gives a sense of shelter to the residents which will also create the curiosity of what is going on inside of the space. The concept of complicity yet still maintains the simplicity of the area also one of the factor that runs through the whole concept of the lodge which also helps define the proper space in the area.
